Use the below instructions to speak up via telephone outside of China and Vietnam.

1. Dial the phone number of the country you are located in from the table below.
2. Enter the JA Solar organization code: 103018
3. Select your language.
4. You will receive a report number. Please note that you have to write this number down. You will need it to be able to call back and hear a response to your report.
5. Choose a four-digit PIN code. Remember this code carefully as you need this code to call back later and hear a response to your report.
6. After the beep, submit your report.
7. When you are done, please press“one”or hang up the phone.
8. Please make sure to call back and use your report number and PIN code to check for a response. We will confirm receipt of your report within one week and we will respond back to you within three months.
